Innovator-in-Residence​
In his role as Innovator-in-Residence, Luc is helping to introduce novel approaches to building and sustaining “flourishing” communities. As an experienced practitioner in the city’s innovation ecosystem, he is keen to empower more people in discovering their potential as innovators and local changemakers. These initiatives are collectively referred to as “Innovator 13”.
