Eligibility and guidelines
Our community microgrants program is open to anyone who meets the following eligibility criteria:
Ward 13 residents with verifiable postal code OR by a non-resident for a project that benefits the Ward 13 community.
18 years of age or older (can include a co-applicant under 18) or if under 18 have an adult as a guarantor/guardian.
Has not received significant funds (in excess of $5,000) from a prior source.
Only one application per individual/group allowed per round.
Priority will be given to an individual or group of individuals that are not typically eligible for grant-based programs.
Microgrant Awards
Microgrants will range from a minimum of $250 to a maximum of $1,000.
How to Submit your Idea There are two ways to submit your application:
Online Application (see form here).
Video Submission (3 minutes maximum length).
Applications must address the following:
Applicant Information (Name, Email, Phone, Address and Postal Code).
Project Title.
Project Beneficiary (location to be identified, who will benefit from this project?).
Project Description.
Project Budget (how will you spend the money?).
Project start date/end date.
Additional background about the applicant.

The Rideau-Rockcliffe Community Resorce Centre will organize information sessions to help you address any questions regarding the community microgrants program. Date to be announced below.
